Mexi Casserole

- 2 C. baking mix (like Bisquick) shopping list
- 2/3 C. milk shopping list
- 1 Lb. hamburger shopping list
- 1/4 t. dried red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1/4 t. seasoned salt shopping list
- 1 Can refried beans shopping list
- 1 Can condensed tomato soup shopping list
- sour cream (Optional) shopping list
How to make it
- In a mixing bowl, mix baking mix and milk until well blended.
- Spread batter evenly in a greased (or nonstick) 8X8 square baking pan.
- Spread refried beans evenly over the buscuit batter as close to the edges of the pan as possible.
- Mix hamburger, dried red pepper flakes and seasoned salt and crumble over the refried beans.
- Pour tomato soup (do not constitute) over meat mixture.
- Bake in a 375 degre oven for about an hour or until meat is browned and cooked through and battter at bottom is buscuit-like.
- Serve hot with sour cream if desired.
