Banana Cake

- Serves 4
If you have very ripe bananas, dont throw them away, thay are still good for baking
Ingredients
- 2-3 ripe bananas shopping list
- 2 cup of sugar shopping list
- 1 cups of veg oil shopping list
- 3 cups of plain flour shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
How to make it
- Peel bananas and mash in a bowl
- in another bowl add the flour sugar oil and eggs, and mix well
- add the bananas and mix
- pour into a bread tin, not forgetting the grease proof paper before hand
- cook in a moderate oven till cooked, maybe about 30 mins depending on oven
- and serve with whatever you like lol
