How to make it

  • make microwave instant rice according to directions and add approximately 1 table spoon of soy sauce and stir
  • while rice is cooking chop 1/2 bell pepper, 1/4 onion
  • combine bell pepper and onion in small saute' pan
  • add approximately 3 tablespoons of butter or margarine
  • add approximately 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • season to taste with lemon pepper and garlic powder
  • saute' veggies approximately 6 minutes
  • once microwave rice is done, pour contents of saute' pan over it and stir
