Spoon Rolls

The batter for these great rolls will keep in the refrigerator for several days, so it may be made ahead of time and baked when needed!
Ingredients
- 1 package yeast shopping list
- 2 tablespoons warm water (110 degrees) shopping list
- 2 cups warm water shopping list
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 4 cups self rising flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
How to make it
- Dissolve yeast in 2 tablespoons of water
- Combine all remaining ingredients
- Spoon into greased muffin tims
- Bake for 15 -20 minutes in a 400 degree oven
