Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar shopping list
- 4 ounces unsweetened chocolated, melted shopping list
- 1/2 cup cooking oil shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla shopping list
- 2 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- sifted powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- In a large mixing bowl beat eggs, granulated sugar, chocolate, oil, baking powder and vanilla with an electric mixer until combined.Beat in as much of the flour as you can with the mixer.Stir in any remaing flour.Cover and chill dough for 1 to 2 hours or until easy to handle.
- Shape dough into 1 inch balls.Roll balls in powdered sugar to coat generously.Place balls 1 inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 375 degrees oven for 8 minutes or until edges are set and tops are cracked.Transfer to a wire rack and let cool.If desired, sprinkle with addition powdered sugar.

- Melt the unswetened chocolate with the vegetable oil.That way that the chocolate won't stick to the pan.Pout it over the sugar mixing well and add one egg at a time.Add the rest of the ingredients.Chill it for two hours or over night.Best to chill over night.
- When shaping the dough into balls and rolling them into the powdered sugar.Stead of letting the dough set in the powdered sugar for a few hours.Bake them right off the bat.
