How to make it

  • Dice onions and peppers (small dice)
  • Put on large pot of water and let come to a boil
  • Brown Sausage and take it out of pan. Leave grease and dripping (If using link, chorizo or Kielbasa, after brown, cut into bite sized pieces)
  • Saute onions and peppers in drippings add salt and pepper (dash of each)
  • When water comes to boil, add entire box of pasta and stir. Cook according to directions.
  • When onions are translucent, add sausage back to pan and cook over medium/low heat while pasta finishes cooking.
  • Drain pasta and add sausage, onion and pepper mixture
  • Mix well coating the pasta
  • Add tomatoes and heat through
  • Add sugar (just a bit)
  • When warm, add Parmesan cheese and cream
  • Heat through and take off stove
  • It will thicken as it cools
