Ingredients

How to make it

  • Pulse fruit through a food processor. Be careful not to let it get too mushy. Use the ENTIRE (seedless) orange with peel, pith and all.
  • Mix in the sugar (or Splenda blend). Let sit at room temperature until sugar dissolves, about 45 minutes. Store in the refrigerator.
  • Just before serving, stir in the chopped toasted walnuts.
  • This relish is guaranteed to be the hit of your meal --and not just at Thanksgiving, but year-round! It's a great accompaniment to pork tenderloin, chicken, etc. Add 3 tablespoons of chopped crystallized ginger for an extra kick!
  • Makes about 3 cups.
