- fresh mozzerella balls(sliced)
- fresh basil(rip in pieces)
- 2 lrg tomatoes sliced
- 1-roll hard salami(sliced thin)
- evoo
- balsamic vinegar
- fresh baggett or focaccia
- fresh ground pepper
Directions
- on a plate place slic tomatoes fresh mozzerella,sliced
- and salami and slice of baggett or focaccia bread drizzle evoo and balsamic vinegar and fresh ground pepper

We eat a variation of this recipe frequently...love it. Sometimes we toast sliced italian bread, top with arugla, basil, tomato, mozzerella and a grilled shrimp...Yum. Who needs dinner?
