- 2-1/2 cups turkey gravy (leftover or can) shopping list
- 3 cups cooked turkey chunks shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups frozen peas shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 2/3 cup Sonoma dried tomato bits shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, divided shopping list
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning, divided shopping list
- 2 1/4 c. buttermilk baking mix shopping list
- 1/4-1/2 t. coarsely ground black pepper shopping list
- 3/4 cup, plus 2 T. low-fat milk shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 450ยบ
- In 3 qt saucepan combine gravy, turkey, peas, mushrooms, tomato bits, water, 1 T. parsley & 1/2 t. poultry seasoning.
- Stir occasionally over med-low heat until mixture comes to a boil.
- In bowl combine baking mix, remaining parsley, poultry seasoning, pepper & milk. Mix just to blend thoroughly.
- Pour turkey mixture in shallow 2 qt casserole or 9" square baking dish.
- Top with baking mix mixture, drop with spoon 6 equal mounds. Place on baking sheet.
- Bake about 20 minutes until turkey mixture is bubbly & topping is golden brown
