somme people add onions, carrots and potatoes, I don't. I like it as a sandwich with mint jelly or pepper jelly but you can use relish, mustard or your favorite condiment
Ingredients
- 4 lb boneless pork roast shopping list
- 2 Tbs olive oil (amber) shopping list
- 2 Tbs fennel seed shopping list
- 1 Tbs powdered garlic shopping list
- 1 Tbs coarse ground pepper shopping list
- 1 Tbs dill seed shopping list
- 1 tsp oregano shopping list
- 1 tsp rosemary shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- water shopping list
How to make it
- mix dry ingredients
- place roast in small roasting pan
- coat roast with olive oil and rub dry mix on roast as best you can. No matter how hard you try a lot of it will fall into the pan.
- put a little water in the roaster for the occasional basting and roast covered at 350 for 1 hr 15 min or until pork falls apart.
- shred pork and serve on burger buns
