How to make it

  • mix dry ingredients
  • place roast in small roasting pan
  • coat roast with olive oil and rub dry mix on roast as best you can. No matter how hard you try a lot of it will fall into the pan.
  • put a little water in the roaster for the occasional basting and roast covered at 350 for 1 hr 15 min or until pork falls apart.
  • shred pork and serve on burger buns
