How to make it

  • PREHEAT OVEN 375 Degrees
  • *******************************************
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mixing well.
  • Shape into 1 inch balls.
  • Place 2 inches apart on UNGREASED cookie sheet.
  • Flatten with glass dipped in reserve sugar.
  • Bake 7-9 mins .until edges are set and golden brown.
  • Let cool 1 min before removing to wire rack.
  • Cool Completely.
  • Store in tightly covered container.
  • Freezes well for up to 3 months.
  • Yield: 5 Dozen

  • This is a recipe from my Father-In-Law Harry Richter. I called him ‘Dad’ and he was my Father-In-Law when he passed and he’ll remain ‘dad’ in my heart forever. Even though I divorced his son.
  • I always had a name with him.. few people did.. Girl, boy, you..
  • He was one of the few men in my life that I’m so grateful to have called mine.. One of my handful of favorites. I love and miss you Dad.
