Aunt Wandas Rhubarb Stuff

- pie shell or double for a crisp like dessert double the ingredients below. shopping list
- 3C. rhubarb shopping list
- 3oz. box of jello of your choice shopping list
- 1/2 C. sugar shopping list
- 1C. oatmeal shopping list
- 1C. flour shopping list
- 1/2t. cinnamon & spices of your choice. shopping list
- 1/2 C.(1 stick room temp butter) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix oatmeal,flour,sugar,spices and butter until crumbly..set aside..
- ************************************************************************
- PREHEAT OVEN:350 Degrees
- *************************************************************************
- Place rhubarb in pie crust or if doubling in a 13X9" baking bish or dish of choice.
- Sprinkle with Jello of choice
- Sprinkle curmb topping on.
- Bake for 35-45 mins until golden and rhubarb is done,knife tender.
