How to make it

  • Mix oatmeal,flour,sugar,spices and butter until crumbly..set aside..

  • PREHEAT OVEN:350 Degrees

  • Place rhubarb in pie crust or if doubling in a 13X9" baking bish or dish of choice.
  • Sprinkle with Jello of choice
  • Sprinkle curmb topping on.
  • Bake for 35-45 mins until golden and rhubarb is done,knife tender.
  • **************************************************************************

    lovebreezy ate it and said...
    Very easy to make. Liked that this was just rhubarb and not mixed with other fruit such as strawberries. I used white grape flavored Jello, which let the natural rhubarb color, come though. Good tasting crumb crust. I liked the slight tartness family wanted it sweeter. Would make again but may add a bit of sweet to the rhubarb itself. Photos attached.
