How to make it

  • Heat oven to 400. Thaw fish if needed.
  • Whisk sour cream, dill, scallions, mustard, and lemon juice until blended.
  • Spray 3qt casserole dish.
  • Place salmon, skin side down, in casserole. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper then spread thickly with the sauce. (If using 2 large fillets, you'll have sauce left over.)
  • Bake salmon until just opaque in center, 20-25 minutes (or longer if using larger fillets).
  • Tasty!

    Irishmama has a very similar recipe that requires the sauce to be poured over the fish after it's baked.
