How to make it

  • Mix all the ingredients together small into balls for a side larger balls for a main course. sear the balls in a nonstick pan with a little extra virgin olive oil.
  • Place the sear meatballs in a glass cake pan cover with your favorite tomato sauce and put into a preheated 300 degree oven. Cook for a minimum of 2 hours.
  • The finished meat balls should be brown on the top, and soft as pot roast.
  • Serve as a main dish.
  • This recipe can also be done with a mix of beef, pork and veal, and they can also be stuffed with fresh mozzarella.

    the only advantage is the amount of bread lets your stretch the amount of meat out. If you'd prefer less bread by all means only use two. Thank you for the comment!

    Yummmmmm... I really like this recipe for meatballs but(and please don't take offense) I think I would only use 2 slices of bread torn up. You've got a winner here and it gets my 5 forks.
