Easy rice pilaf

- 1 cup of long grain rice shopping list
- 1/3 cup crushed up pasta (thin spaghetti, vermicelli... ect) shopping list
- 2 cups of chicken stock shopping list
- 1/4 cup of white wine shopping list
- 1/2 a yellow pepper grated shopping list
- 1 carrot grated shopping list
- 1/2 a celery rib finely minced shopping list
- 1/2 an onion finely minced shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons parsley shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon chives shopping list
- 1 teaspoon tarragon shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of butter shopping list
How to make it
- melt the butter in a large saucepan then saute the herbs onions pepper celery and carrot for 2 min.
- Add the pasta and rice toast the rice and pasta for another min to 2 min.
- Deglaze with the wine then add the stock bring to a boil and then cover reduce to a simmer covered for 18 to 20 mins
