How to make it

  • melt the butter in a large saucepan then saute the herbs onions pepper celery and carrot for 2 min.
  • Add the pasta and rice toast the rice and pasta for another min to 2 min.
  • Deglaze with the wine then add the stock bring to a boil and then cover reduce to a simmer covered for 18 to 20 mins
