- Ingredients: shopping list
- chicken thigh pieces- 5-6 pieces shopping list
- gram flour - 2 tsp shopping list
- lemon juice - 1 tsp shopping list
- curd - 1 cup shopping list
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp shopping list
- Green chillies - 2 nos (finely chopped) shopping list
- garam masala powder - 1 tsp shopping list
- ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp shopping list
- Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp shopping list
How to make it
- Method:
- 1) Fry the gram flour in a pan till the color changes a bit. Keep aside.
- 2) Now mix green chillies, red chilly powder, garam masala powder, salt, curd, lime juice, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder and fried gram flour with the chicken and marinate for 2-3 hours in refrigerator.
- 3) Preheat the oven at 250 degree. Put the marinated pieces in a crusty plate and roast it for 6 minutes. Now reduce the temperature to 220 degree and roast it for 15-20 minutes or till fully cooked.
- 4) After roasting, sprinkle some chaat masala and serve hot.
