  • Method:
  • 1) Fry the gram flour in a pan till the color changes a bit. Keep aside.
  • 2) Now mix green chillies, red chilly powder, garam masala powder, salt, curd, lime juice, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder and fried gram flour with the chicken and marinate for 2-3 hours in refrigerator.
  • 3) Preheat the oven at 250 degree. Put the marinated pieces in a crusty plate and roast it for 6 minutes. Now reduce the temperature to 220 degree and roast it for 15-20 minutes or till fully cooked.
  • 4) After roasting, sprinkle some chaat masala and serve hot.
