This is a quick and easy Crawfish Casserole...Its kinda different..

Ingredients
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 2 regular size jars of cheese whiz, one hot and one mild
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 reg size package forzen broccoli
  • 1 reg size package of crawfish tails

Directions
  1. Saute onion and bell peppers (minced garlic can be added to this)
  2. Mix rest of ingredients together .
  3. Pour into greased baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes..
  5. Bubbling hot.
