Pepermint Crunch cookies

Sweet,minty and pretty all at once,these easy holiday cookies make a festive addition to a holiday cookie plate. Pillsbury
Ingredients
- 1 roll refrigerated sugar cookies shopping list
- 1-1/2 c white vanilla baking chips or semi-sweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 8 round hard peppermint candies shopping list
- 1/4c flour shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350. In large bowl,break up cookie doigh. Stir or knead in 1/4 c flour until well blended. Shape dough into 36 balls(1"0 Bake 10-14 mins oe till edges are golden brown. Cool 1 min;remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack. Cool completely,about 5 mins.
- In small microwaveable bowl,microwave vanilla chips and 1 Tbs vegetable oil uncovered on med. power,2 to 3 mins,stirring once halfway through microwaving,until melted.
- Stir until smooth
- Dip half of each cookie into melted chips mixture,allowing excess to drip off;place on waxed or parchment paper-lined cookie sheets. sprinkle each with about 1/2 tsp. crushed candy. Let stand till set.
