How to make it

  • In saucepot over high heat, bring 3 cups water to a boil. Add wild rice. reduce heat to low. Cover; let simmer 25 min. Stir in white rice.
  • Cover; cook 20 min. or until rice is tender and water is absorbed.
  • Add remaining ingredients; toss gently to coat.
