Shitake swirled squash mashed potatoes

- 12 oz sliced shitake mushrooms shopping list
- butter to saute shopping list
- 1 lb, cooked butternut sqaush, mashed and drained shopping list
- 2 lbs cooked and mashed potatoes shopping list
- 1/2 to 1 stick butter shopping list
- 1 cup hot milk shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste for sqaush and potatoes shopping list
- chopped parsley for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Cook mushroom caps in some butter until golden
- Swirl the mushrooms in the cooked and drained squash
- prepare mashed potatoes and mix in butter and milk into potatoes
- Gently swirl the mushroom squash mixture into the potatoes
- Garnish with the parsley
