Dairy-free Chocolate Pecan Caramel Parfait

- Chocolate pudding: shopping list
- 1.5C organic rice milk (use regular grass fed milk if you eat dairy) shopping list
- 2 Tbs organic cocoa powder shopping list
- 3 Tbs raw honey shopping list
- 1 organic grass fed egg yolk shopping list
- 1 tbs organic corn starch shopping list
- 1/8C organic rice milk (use regular grass fed milk if you eat dairy) shopping list
- Caramel: shopping list
- 1/2 C raw honey shopping list
- 1 Tbs OrganicDark brown sugar shopping list
- 2 Tbs Grass fed Real butter shopping list
- 1 tsp organic vanilla shopping list
- 1 handfull organic pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Chocolate pudding:
- 1.5 C Rice milk (use regular milk if you eat dairy)
- 2 Tbs Cocoa Powder
- 3 Tbs Honey
- Wisk together in a saucepan
- Bring to a simmer
- In a jam jar add:
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbs corn starch
- 1/8C rice milk
- Shake until smooth then stream into above mixture wisking until thickened
- Caramel:
- 1/2 C honey
- 1 Tbs Dark brown sugar
- 2 Tbs Real Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Simmer until condensed and caramelized
- Layer chocolate pudding, caramel and fresh pecans in a parfait glass and top with a block of chocolate.
