How to make it

  • Garbanzo Rice
  • 4 cups organic cooked frozen rice
  • 2 large organic spring onions chopped
  • 1 can of cooked drained organic garbanzo beans
  • 1Tbs Celtic salt
  • 1/2 tsp organic turmeric
  • 3 Tbs organic olive oil
  • 1 Tbs raw honey
  • Crushed organic hot chili (optional)
  • Fry the frozen rice in olive oil until thawed. Add all other ingredients and cook until heated through.
  • Broccoli Curry
  • 1 small head of organic broccoli cut in florets stems peeled and sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups of sliced organic fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup organic raisins
  • 1 cooked grass-fed chicken breast chopped (optional)
  • 1 can heavy organic coconut milk
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 1 Tbs organic corn starch mixed into 1/16 cup water
  • 1 tsp spicy organic curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp Celtic salt.
  • Steam mushrooms and broccoli into 1/8 cup of water and salt until tender. Add raisins and cooked chicken cook for 1 minute. Add the coconut milk and curry powder put the lid on and let sit on low until all ingredients have flavored (5 minutes) turn on medium heat and stir in cornstarch mixture, cook until thickened.
