How to make it

  • 1/2 Organic red pepper chopped
  • 2 Organic green onions chopped
  • 1 Organic hot chili crushed
  • 1 tsp celtic sea salt
  • 1 tbs raw honey
  • 2 tbs Organic olive oil
  • 3 cups of frozen cooked organic long grain brown rice
  • 1 Grass-fed chicken breast (or tofu) cut into strips.
  • Heat the oil in a skillet and throw in the chicken until cooked. Add all other ingredients (except for honey) and fry until the rice is thawed. Stir in the honey and cook for another few minutes. Serve.
