Savory Jalapeno Cream Cheese Sun Dried Tomato Muffins

Tasty slightly spicy savory muffins, best eaten warm! makes 12 muffins
Ingredients
- 3 cups plain flour shopping list
- 1 tspn salt shopping list
- 1 tspn pepper shopping list
- 3 tspn baking powder shopping list
- 1 tspn bi-carbonate of soda shopping list
- 1 tblspn dried oregano shopping list
- ------------------------- shopping list
- 2 tblspn sugar shopping list
- 100g butter (melted) shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1 tspn green Tabasco shopping list
- ------------------------- shopping list
- 1/2 cup pickled sliced jalapenos shopping list
- 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes(chop them smaller...1/4) shopping list
- 1 large onion diced and sauteed in a bit of the oil from tomatoes shopping list

- 150g (phili) cream cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Pre heat oven @ 375°f (190°C)
- Mix the first 6 dry ingredients in a large bowl
- Mix ( with a fork) the sugar and melted butter in a separate small bowl
- Mix in eggs 1 at a time
- Mix in milk and Tabasco
- Gently fold liquid ingredients into dry ingredients
- Fold in Jalapenos, tomatoes, and sauteed onions
- Use a muffin tray with cup cake liners
- Half fill each cup cake with mix
- Add 1 tspn of cream cheese to each cup cake and then cover with mixture
- Bake for 35 min @ 375°f
- eat warm....enjoy!
