How to make it

  • Saute bell pepper and onion in the Wesson oil until clear.
  • Mix the cream corn, whole kernel corn, eggs, & Mexican corn bread mix together in large mixing bowl.
  • Add the sauted bell pepper and onion to mixture in bowl.
  • Pour into casserole dish.
  • Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes
