Corn Casserole

- 2 cans of cream corn (regular size) shopping list
- 1 can whole kernel corn (regular size) shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 package of Mexican corn bread mix shopping list
- 1 bell pepper shopping list
- 1 medium onion shopping list
- 1/2 Wesson Oil shopping list
How to make it
- Saute bell pepper and onion in the Wesson oil until clear.
- Mix the cream corn, whole kernel corn, eggs, & Mexican corn bread mix together in large mixing bowl.
- Add the sauted bell pepper and onion to mixture in bowl.
- Pour into casserole dish.
- Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes
