My husband came up with this great breakfast all in one meal.

Ingredients
  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 sm green pepper, chopped
  • 1 sm onion, chopped
  • 1 sm tomatoe, chopped
  • 3 eggs, scrambled
  • 1 sm bag of square hashbrowns
  • cheddar cheese, shredded (enough to coat the pie)

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Scramble eggs in a stovetop pan, to liking
  3. Mix all ingredients, except for cheese, into a large bowl, mix well
  4. Lay egg mixture onto the crust
  5. Sprinkle with cheese
  6. Bake for about 40 minutes
  7. Enjoy!
