Tipsy Mud Pie

- 15oz. pk. cream filled chocolate sandwich cookies shopping list
- 1/3c. butter, melted shopping list
- 1 banana, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1tbs. lemon juice shopping list
- 12oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided shopping list
- 1 pint chocolate ice cream, softened shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. instant coffee powder shopping list
- 2tbs. brandy shopping list
- 2tbs. coffee liqueur shopping list
- 1/2c. chopped peacans, toasted shopping list
- 2tbs. chocolate syrup shopping list
- 2tbs. chopped pecans, toasted shopping list
How to make it
- Process cookies in a food processor until they are coarse crumbs. Transfer to a bowl; stir in butter. Press mixture firmly into a 10 inch pieplate.
- Combine banana slices and lemon juice. Arrange banana slices over crust. Cover and freeze until firm.
- Beat 1/4c. whipped topping, ice cream, and next 3 ingredients at medium speed with mixer until blended.
- Add !/2c. pecans. Spread over crust; cover and freeze 8 hours.
- Spread remaining whipped topping over pie; top with syrup and 2tbs. pecans.... Enjoy.....
