Pig pickin Cake

good after a meal or just to snack on
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1/3 cup oil shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup nuts (chopped) shopping list
- 1 can mandarin orange slices(11oz) shopping list
- icing shopping list
- 1 container of Cool Whip (9oz) shopping list
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix shopping list
- 1 can crushed pineapple (20oz ) ( drained) shopping list
How to make it
- 1. mix first 5 ingredients together
- 2. pour into 3 round cake pans (spray with pam )
- 3. bake in oven at 325degress for 30 min
- 4. cool befor icing
- 5. to fix icing , mix last 3 ingerdients together
- 6. put icing between layers , top and sides
