How to make it

  • In a medium bowl, beat egg whites until foamy.
  • Add coffee crystals and salt and beat until well combined.
  • Gradually add 1/4 cup sugar and beat until soft peaks form.
  • Set aside (in fridge)
  • In a seporate bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form.
  • Beat in vanilla and 1/2 cup sugar.
  • Fold both bowls together and mix gently
  • Fold in almonds and transfer to a large glass bowl and freeze at least 2 hours.
  • Garnish with grated chocolate.
