Ingredients
  • Fritos, crushed
  • Oil
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 cup pitted black olives drained
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 ( 8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 ( 16 oz.) can chili con carne
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups grated medium cheddar cheese

Directions
  1. Grease a large casserole dish.
  2. Make a layer of crushed fritos on the bottom.
  3. Saute ground beef in a little oil, until pink is gone.
  4. Use a slotted spoon to lift meat out.
  5. Spread the meat in casserole dish for the second layer.
  6. Add in layers, the olives, onions, tomato sauce and chili.
  7. Top with crushed Fritos. Bake at 350 oven for 20 minutes.
  8. Then sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 10 more minutes so the cheese is melted but not scorched.
