How to make it

  • Combine beef, garlic powder, cumin and 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper.
  • Shape into four patties then grill over medium coals for 18 minutes turning once.
  • Top each with a slice of ham and cheese then cover and grill 30 seconds to allow cheese to melt.
  • Serve on rolls with pickle onion and tomato and drizzled with sauce.
  • Cook garlic in olive oil over medium heat until just starting to brown.
  • Remove from heat then carefully add orange juice, lemon juice, cumin, salt and pepper.
  • Bring to boiling then reduce heat and simmer uncovered 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and cool then whisk before serving.
