- 2 eggs, separated shopping list
- 2 Tbsp sugar shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- ½ tsp vanilla shopping list
- 3 Tbsp whiskey/brandy (or more or less ...i think more, yes??) shopping list
- nutmeg for the top shopping list
How to make it
- Beat egg whites with electric beater until stiff but not dry.
- In a jug, mix yolks with sugar. Gradually blend in milk.
- Add vanilla and alcohol then fold in egg whites. (Should be well combined, but still fluffy).
- Pour into glasses, making sure there’s a good amount of fluff on top of each, sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.
- Makes about 3 cups.
