How to make it

  • Beat egg whites with electric beater until stiff but not dry.
  • In a jug, mix yolks with sugar. Gradually blend in milk.
  • Add vanilla and alcohol then fold in egg whites. (Should be well combined, but still fluffy).
  • Pour into glasses, making sure there’s a good amount of fluff on top of each, sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.
  • Makes about 3 cups.
