Fuji Apple Sandwich

I work at Panera and I get bored with the menu, so I make my own stuff. I hope there's Fuji apple dressing somewhere other than Panera lol

Use enough dressing to lightly cover the two slices of bread
Take the Gorgonzola crumbles and spread them across the two slices of bread
(If you have a panini grill this will work best) Grill the two slices of bread face up until the cheese melts
While the cheese is melting slice up the apple into thin pieces and grill them on their own
(The chicken I use at work is obviously already cooked and sliced) Slice cooked chicken into thin pieces add them and the apple slices to the cheese covered bead.
Close the sandwich up and put it on the grill

It's wonderful! Everyone gives me crap at work for this, but it's an amazing flavor!
