Curry Snapper

- 1 tablespoon flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon curry powder shopping list
- salt shopping list
- 2 (6-ounce) snapper fillets shopping list
- 1 teaspoon grapeseed oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup prepared papaya salsa shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the flour, curry powder and a pinch of salt together. Sprinkle over both sides of the fish (make sure you check for and remove any small pin-bones prior to seasoning the fish).
- Heat the oil and butter together in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the fish and cook until cooked through, about 2 - 3 minutes per side.
- Per Serving: 225 Calories; 7g Fat; 35g Protein; 4g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 68mg Cholesterol; 262mg Sodium.
