How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 then in small bowl combine crumbs, almonds, butter and salt.
  • Mix well and if necessary add extra butter to hold crumbs together.
  • Coat fish with flour shaking off excess then place in baking pan in single layer.
  • Spread mayonnaise over entire surface of fish.
  • Cover evenly with crumb mixture lightly pressing into fish.
  • Carefully pour water around fish then bake 20 minutes.
