How to make it

  • Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl to create a dry rub. Rub the mix onto the pork chops, spreading the ingredients evenly.
  • On medium heat, place chopped onion, italian dressing, and butter in a pan until hot.
  • Cook the pork chops in the mixture until ready.
  • Go well with garlic mashed potatoes!!!
