Honey Grapefruit vinaigrette

I love a good salad dressing. to me, the best salad dressings are simple, quick, and taste good with whatever fruit or veggie you put in your salad!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 4 TBSP freshly squeezed grapefruit juice shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1- 2 freshly crushed garlic clove shopping list
- 1 tsp freshly chopped basil leaves or dried basil shopping list
- 1 TBSP honey shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients very well - taste and adjust, adding either more oil - vinegar - grapefruit - or honey as preference determines.
