How to make it

  • Mix the flour, sugar and coconut milk into a dough and form it into 1 inch wide, 1/2 inch deep and about 4 inches long and wrap it in banana leaves. You can use string to tie the wrapped dough.Cook the wrapped peices in boiling water for about 25 minutes. Pat each peice dry and serve cold or hot. You can also freeze the apigigi and re-warm it by steaming it.
