Cheesy Tater tots

- 2# bag frozen tater tots or equivalent shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup shopping list
- 1/2 and 1/2 shopping list
- 1 C. grated sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. granulated garlic shopping list
How to make it
- Place tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet in 425 degree oven until crisp.
- Mix both soups together with 1 can 1/2 and 1/2, cayenne, and garlic
- Spray casserole dish with non stick spray and put 1/2 of the soup mixture in bottom of dish.
- Add 1/2 of the crisp tater tots and mix well
- Sprinkle 1/2 of the grated cheese on top of the potatoes.
- Mix remaining potatoes with the soup mix and place in the casserole.
- Top with remaining grated cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until browned and bubbling
