Easy Baked Red Snapper

- 2 whole red snappers, fresh or frozen( thawed ) shopping list
- 1 lg red onion, sliced or diced shopping list
- 1 large tomato thinly sliced shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic minced shopping list
- 2 tbs minced fresh parsley or oregano shopping list
- 2 Tbs olive oil shopping list
- 2 Tbs melted butter shopping list
- seasoning of choice: I use Spike brand ( non salt, dried veges and herbs ) shopping list
How to make it
- rinse fish in water and pat dry
- Season fish liberally all over with desired seasoning
- Place some onion, garlic, herbs in cavity of each fish
- Melt butter and combine with olive oil and drizzle some over fish.
- Top fish with onion and tomato slices and drizzle with some more olive oil and butter and some more garlic and herbs
- Bake in a 350F oven about 45 minutes or fish flesh is opaque and done
- Serve with veges of choice, rice also makes a good accompaniment with fish
