Roast Pork With Maple And Mustard Glaze

- 2-1/2 lbs bonless pork loin roast shopping list
- 1 c real maple syrup shopping list
- 4 Tbs prepared dijon-style mustard shopping list
- 2-1/2 Tbs cider vinegar shopping list
- 2-1/2 Tbs soy sauce shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- ground black pepper to taste. shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Stir together the maple syrup,mustard,vinegar,soy sauce,salt and pepper in small bowl. Place pork roast in shallow roasting pan. Spread glaze all over the pork.
- Roast pork in preheated oven ,uncovered,unti temperature is 160 degrees.,about 1 hour.
- Remove from oven,and let rest about 10 mins. before slicing to serve.
