Roast Pork With Maple And Mustard Glaze Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Stir together the maple syrup,mustard,vinegar,soy sauce,salt and pepper in small bowl. Place pork roast in shallow roasting pan. Spread glaze all over the pork.
  • Roast pork in preheated oven ,uncovered,unti temperature is 160 degrees.,about 1 hour.
  • Remove from oven,and let rest about 10 mins. before slicing to serve.
