Cabbage Caraway Soup

- 1 lb ground beef shopping list
- 4 tbls of Caraway, crushed in palm of your hand shopping list
- 1 32oz can tomato juice shopping list
- 1 small cabbage, sliced thin shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
- (no need for additional salt due to high sodium in the tomato juice) shopping list
- Could also add cubed potatoes to the soup for an even more hearty dish. shopping list
How to make it
- Fully brown ground beef
- Add Caraway seeds in the dry pot with the beef (before juice)
- Add tomato juice all at once
- Add cabbage slices
- Stir to mix together
- (add potatoes at this point - watch that it doesn't become too thick)
- Let simmer until cabbage is totally wilted.
- Can be slow cooked, or use a crock pot if more water is added.
- Even better next day!
