Coco Lopez Dipping Sauce

- QUICK DIJON DIPPING SAUCE (0riginal title) shopping list
- Makes about 1 cup shopping list
- 1/2 cup of Coco Lopez cream of coconut (comes in a 15 oz. blue can). I found it in the liquor section of our grocery store. shopping list
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard shopping list
How to make it
- In a small bowl, combine & stir ingredients, mixing well. Serve with egg rolls or your favorite appetizers. Refrigerate leftovers.
- NOTE: You may have to gently warm the cream of coconut, since the 'butterfat' rises to the top of the can and nearly solidifies. Stir it occasionally as it warms and it will be easy to pour.
- This sauce is sooooo tasty and greatly enhances the food you dip!
