GREEK SALAD DRESSING

a fresh easy to make dressing for salad or marinade for chicken.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp sugar (optional) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves, crushed shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced fine shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in cruet and shake well.
- Store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
- Let stand at room temperature before serving.
- Makes 1 cup.
