See-um Deviled Eggs

- 1 doz eggs shopping list
- water to cover shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- Mayo to preferred consistency shopping list
- 3 Tbs. sweet pickle relish shopping list
- paprika shopping list
- 12 Stuffed Spanish olives cut in halves widthwise shopping list
How to make it
- In a large sauce pan cover 1 doz eggs with cold water, add salt Bring to a medium boil
- Allow to boil 11 minutes
- Immediately cool eggs in cold water (this will illiminate any green lining on yolks)
- Peel eggs
- Cut eggs lengthwise in halves
- Gently scoop egg yolks out of whites
- Set whites aside
- Mix egg yolks with mayo and sweet pickle relish
- Return yolk mixture to fill egg whites
- Sprinkle with paprika
- Top each yolk mixture with 1/2 stuffed Spanish Olive
