How to make it

  • In a large sauce pan cover 1 doz eggs with cold water, add salt Bring to a medium boil
  • Allow to boil 11 minutes
  • Immediately cool eggs in cold water (this will illiminate any green lining on yolks)
  • Peel eggs
  • Cut eggs lengthwise in halves
  • Gently scoop egg yolks out of whites
  • Set whites aside
  • Mix egg yolks with mayo and sweet pickle relish
  • Return yolk mixture to fill egg whites
  • Sprinkle with paprika
  • Top each yolk mixture with 1/2 stuffed Spanish Olive
