Beer Bread

This versatile bread recipe takes on whatever flavor of beer you choose and it's easy.
Ingredients
- 3 cups of flour (can vary wheat or 1/2 and 1/2) shopping list
- 3 teaspoons of baking powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup of sugar shopping list
- 12 oz. of selected beer, the darker the better shopping list
- 1/4 cup melted butter shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients except the butter together.
- Place in greased bread pan bake for 40 minutes.
- Pour the 1/4 cup melted butter over it and return to oven for another 10-15 minutes.
