Longhorn Porkchops

- olive oil or Veg Oil shopping list
- 6 pork chops bone in shopping list
- longhorn cheese or Sharp Cheddar deli sliced about half pound shopping list
- crushed tomatoes 2 Big Cans shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- salt shopping list
How to make it
- Cut any fat off pork chop
- Oil large pan to fit pork chops comfortably
- Lightly season pork chops with pepper and salt
- Brown pork chops until lightly golden
- Add both cans of crushed tomatoes
- Lightly season with salt and pepper
- Cover with lids
- Cook for thirty minutes or until pork is at correct temp
- Add cheese by covering the whole pan, the more cheese the tastier
- Cook uncovered till cheese is completely melted
- Serve
- Enjoy
