Gorgonzola and White Bean and honey Crostini

- 18 inch baguette cut into 30 slices shopping list
- 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbs olive oil shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic minced shopping list
- 14 oz canelllini beans drained shopping list
- 5 1/2 oz gorgonzola cheese crumbled shopping list
- 1/4 cup honey shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Line slices of bread on baking sheet.
- drizzzle with the 1/4 cup oil
- bake 350F 5 to 10 minutes or golden and crisp
- With remaining oil, saute garlic breifly in pan add beans and season with salt and pepper
- Cook until beans are very soft about 10 to 15 minutes
- Then mash beans and set aside
- Then spraed some
- of mashed beans on each bread slice, top with the cheese and drizzle with the honey
- perhaps a sprinkle of fresh chopped parsley too !
