- 125G icing sugar shopping list
- 125Gflour shopping list
- 3 egg whites small shopping list
- 80Gsoft butter shopping list
- vanilla pod seeds shopping list
How to make it
- make a paste using flour icing sugar and egg whites add melted or soft butter
- lastly stir in vanilla leave to set in fridge or use almost straight away
- spread thinly onto a stencil paper thin with a palette knife make sure you use silicon paper or a silicon sheet as the biscuits have to be peeled off
- set the oven at 180oc and bake for 5-6mins until golden brown
- the pictue is a vanilla panacotta with fruit and a trianlgl tuille biscuit they are extremly fragile and can be flavoured with coffee powder as well as vanilla essence or vanilla pod seeds
