How to make it

  • make a paste using flour icing sugar and egg whites add melted or soft butter
  • lastly stir in vanilla leave to set in fridge or use almost straight away
  • spread thinly onto a stencil paper thin with a palette knife make sure you use silicon paper or a silicon sheet as the biscuits have to be peeled off
  • set the oven at 180oc and bake for 5-6mins until golden brown
  • the pictue is a vanilla panacotta with fruit and a trianlgl tuille biscuit they are extremly fragile and can be flavoured with coffee powder as well as vanilla essence or vanilla pod seeds
