this recipe is fantastic for all fried foods and sauteed foods.example I use it for my calamari served on top of a chipolti remoulade topped with sweet and spicy red pepper relish
Ingredients
- 15 # fish chic flour shopping list
- 5#corn flour or corn meal if you want more crunch shopping list
- 2 c. smoked paprika shopping list
- 1 c.cayenne shopping list
- 2# corn starch shopping list
- 1/2 c. dried oregano shopping list
- 1c. rstd. garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 # kosher salt shopping list
- 1/2 c. onion powder shopping list
How to make it
- In a 5 gallon food safe plastic bucket add all ingrediants and stir gently and slowly while protecting eye's and lungs witha resperator mask,available at any paint supply store.
- use for all your deep frying foods as a dry coating or dry wet coating such as with fish and chips
- tons of flavor and good with any food.
